This is a final attempt to make contact with pharmacists who have not updated their registration status before removing them from the register.

Each year we attempt to contact pharmacists who have not updated their registration status.

Pharmacists who do not respond to communications and make no application to remain on the Register of pharmacists (for either current or inactive status) are removed from the register.

This process is called revision of register. It is permitted under section 144 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 and helps to maintain the integrity of the register.

As of mid-December 2022, the following pharmacists have not responded to email or postal communications regarding their status.

If you know any of these pharmacists and you consider they would prefer to remain on the register, please ask them to contact us before 20 January 2023 by emailing enquiries@pharmacycouncil.org.nz
