This is a final attempt to make contact with pharmacists who have not updated their registration status before removing them from the register. Each year we attempt to contact pharmacists who have not updated their registration status.

Pharmacists who do not respond to communications and make no application to remain on the register of pharmacists (for either current or inactive status) are removed from the register. This process is called revision of register. It is permitted under section 144 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 and helps to maintain the integrity of the register.

As of 8 December 2023, the following pharmacists have not made an application to renew their status on the register. If you know any of these pharmacists and you consider they would prefer to remain on the register, please ask them to make an application before 15 January 2024.
